Taylor and Justin were one of the winners of our free engagement session, and they decided to have their engagement session here at Peach Creek Ranch as this is their wedding venue. Driving up, you are greeted by the beautifully painted barn style venue, a man-made lake and plenty of trees surrounding the ranch. I knew they chose this location due to its beauty, so capturing photos all over the venue was a must. For instance, I knew the man-made lake would provide for some very unique photos so we made sure to take plenty of shots here in different locations. After all, we love this engagement session for many reasons, and we cannot wait to capture their wedding day as I know it’ll be just as special as their engagement.
Taylor wore this beautiful white dress and some high heels. We think a good wardrobe is very important to get the correct style of images. Furthermore, for us it’s light or neutral colors as this enhances the pop in an image. Justin complemented Taylor by wearing jeans and a button up shirt. This itself added more contrast to the image and really stands out. Wearing something they feel comfortable in is another tip we offer our couples as this can create some awkward gestures. Needless to say, we think they made a great choice in choosing their outfits.
What can I say other than check out these awesome photos… This unique engagement session took place at the beautiful peach creek ranch in College Station during the hot summer of 2021. Thinking back to this day, the thing that sticks out is definitely how hot this day was. Also, we had plenty of sun to capture some bright and airy photos with no clouds in sight.
